Order Processing and Shipping Information

Order Processing Time:

Please allow 3 - 5 business days for order processing and production before your order is shipped.

Shipping Time:

  • U.S. Orders: Shipped via USPS & FedEx, with an average transit time of 15 - 20 business days.

  • International Orders: Shipping times may vary between 15 - 30 business days, depending on the fulfillment center.

Shipping Delays:

Please be aware that shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as pandemics, natural disasters, holidays, or weather conditions. While we strive for timely deliveries, unexpected delays can still happen.

Tracking Information:

All orders come with tracking information. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details. For help with tracking, visit the "Track Your Order" page on our website.

Order Cancellations:

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement without penalty. To cancel, please email us at nextynest@gmail.com with the subject line “CANCEL MY ORDER.”

Incorrect Address:

If you’ve entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately via email. We can correct the address within 24 hours of placing the order. After the order has shipped, we are unable to make address changes.

Delivery Attempts:

Carriers typically make two delivery attempts before returning the package to us.

Damaged Items:

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the damaged product. We will send you a replacement at no additional cost.
